Parking
If you are a resident of Clear Creek County, you qualify for free parking and may park for free in any residential parking spots, as long as you're registered. I recommend looking for spaces along Colorado or on 15th or 16th St. You can usually find parking in the lot off Colorado as well. If you are not a resident or a registered resident, then parking is paid between 10am & 6pm and is $5 for 2 hours.
